Is FREE delivery offered on all your products?

Yes, delivery is FREE on all the items we stock.

For your convenience we also offer a Pre noon service and a Saturday service for a small charge

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Self-Assembly Orders:

  • The majority of our products are available on FREE next day delivery however lead times are clearly displayed on all product pages. We recommend checking these details before placing your order.

Installation Orders:

  • We aim to deliver and install most orders within  7–12 working days
  • Please see our Zone Map for further details

Additional Notes:

  • Non-standard desktops (custom sizes/colours) have a 3–4 week lead time
  • Desktops 160cm+ wide should be delivered via our Expert Installation service to avoid courier damage (no extra charge)

Installation, what do I need to know?

We recommend FRAME ONLY orders should be installed onto desktops that are minimum 18mm thick and are not made of glass or resin

Before our team arrives please:

  • Disconnect and remove all IT equipment and dismantle and remove any existing desk/frames
  • Clear unwanted desks (or request our removal service at additional cost)

Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Once confirmed, all desks are treated as customised orders.
  • Cancellation or amendments incur the following fees:
    • Change fee: £60 + VAT
    • Collection fee: £80 + VAT
    • Redelivery fee: £80 + VAT
  • Installation rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
    • Changes within 48 hours may incur an £80 + VAT rebooking fee

Where do you Deliver?

We deliver to all UK regions. FREE delivery applies to UK Mainland only.

Exceptions:

  • Northern Ireland: Self-assembly delivery only sadly we are unable to offer an installation service.
  • Scottish Highlands: Some items may incur a small excess due to freight logistics, if this does occur, we will contact you in advance to discuss
  • EU (Business Customers Only): Delivery is available however charges and customs fees apply, please contact us at sales@yo-yodesk.co.uk to confirm costs.

Delivery Access

  • Deliveries made to the ground floor entrance (kerbside or goods-inwards reception)
  • Customer must provide off-loading facilities
  • Signed consignment note constitutes proof of delivery
  • Check box quantities against delivery note before signing
